hello i'm supposed to be signing the SPA but i notice there's no Common Facilities Plan attached and under the Second Schedule at the end it says the developer at its discretion may revise or exclude facilities or services, is that normal or acceptable?

Anyone know what’s going on with the ParkCity height? We used to walk up to the water tank area (further up from Ridgewood), but seems like cordon off for some project. Anyone know what project is that?
