Yeap. How I hope Perdana ParkCity will create an extension for the East Park on the land just opposite Noöra, just like what they did for the school reserve land in front the Westside Series.

It will definitely boost Noöra Walk, retail components as well with the implementation of the park in the school reserve land.

I believe the land is occupied for another purpose at the moment. A tzu zhi recycling center. So it's not actually idle at the moment.

The absence of early bird discount already made the price goes up as there are no more such discount.
