Due to the above, a number of early settlers are considering moving out of dpc.

So much negativity
What is there to consider ?
Quickly sell, even at a discount
Sleep better and live longer, not having to worry about future congestion and lack of greenery

Chipsmore nice....mah
I like chocolate flavour....๐Ÿ˜‰

wah....start with smallest unit....
Very nice, entrance 1.8m, even after minus shoe cabinet still got around 1meter.
Bedroom super big....  around 4m x 3.2m....excl. the living hall ... should be very comfy

Would be better if the bathroom has a 2nd door at the living/dining room area. Guest need not go through master bedroom to access toilet.

Anyone know whatโ€™s going on with the ParkCity height? We used to walk up to the water tank area (further up from Ridgewood), but seems like cordon off for some project. Anyone know what project is that?

Yes, shouldn't let the kid be too hot, not the kind we've been experiencing the past months

Never an issue for me
Walk in the shaded areas
Plenty of tree lined pavement, providing the shade
Almost always a breeze in DPC
Quite a comfortable walk most of the days
