I would love to stay at Noora just bcoz of the supermarket! So convenient!! Actually that’s the only reason I wanna move there.

Plan to visit the show gallery tomorrow. I am in back in the market looking for next one to purchase. Desa parkcity has always been on my list, but not so sure when it comes to Noora.

Nothing unique, just convenient. Can just go down and grab a few things from supermarket without walking too far. Hopefully some nice cafes with some nice coffee. Also there will be preschool or beauty centres on 1st floor. So family with younger kids, very convenient lah. A lift away.

Ya wor. Now wanna go to onde onde with my dogs at waterfront also gotta think twice. Drive there, too much hassle. Walk there, too hot for my flat face dog. Wanna go grab a sour dough from Kenny hills, think think think then settled for my gardenia at home.

Imagine there’s a restaurant like onde onde at noora, I just take the lift and sit there for breakie with my doggies. If there’s a nice bakery, I can farewell gardenia roti ady haha..everyday can eat fresh pastries. Am quite a lazy person, so necessities a lift away is very good. It’s just that Noora biggest unit is still too small for a medium size family.

Hi Ironman, type D is 3 bedder, 1280sf. We are currently living in about 1700sf(2 kitchens, 3+1 beds, 3+1 baths). So moving in a 1280sf unit can be challenging. I can do with one kitchen coz I don’t cook, I can do with 3 beds coz everyone gets their own bedroom, it’s just the 2 baths, lack of privacy between guests and occupants. But for the convenience, I think I can do with that too.

This morning I drove to waterfront, paid a whopping Rm 4 parking fees and then drove home in a super hot car(parked under the sun for a long time). My two friends happily walked home with their doggies to northshore. RM 4 can get two choco top from McDonald’s ady leh. It’s just not right to pay parking coz we are all staying in the same taman hahahaha..

I like walking actually. But just not when it’s tooooo hot! Not with a toddler and 2 dogs where he can’t even breathe properly without Aircond.moving to noora will be a good choice with family members(furkids) like me 🤪

A shuttle in DPC will be stuck everywhere I think lol especially on weekends! Electric bike and scooter are good options also lah it’s just that am not confident enuf to drive one.

Depend I guess on how many lifts per floor, units per floor and whether I’m lifts are all at the same area. Best if lifts are dispersed over a few locations.

it’s mainly depends on the civilisation of the residents themselves…don’t think it really depends on location and atasness. Saw some SB owners complaining the rubbish is simply throwed at the lift lobby of the carpark podium…can’t believe my eyes also…atas condo but occupied by not so atas folks (no offence but mainly tenants). There’s some walk up apartments (some only not majority) that are well maintained good example is Courtyard in USJ quite well maintained despite old aged.
