When US printed too much money (Unlimited QE)... and they hv to increase their interest rate in one day (mean now).
Then it made the whole world (especially those with High FDI ratio like Malaysia) also increase the interest rate accordingly.

I asked same agent too. Agent informed developer not allow to share this info before get APDL.
This replied really embarrassing, the actual site never a P&C issue, why so defensive to shall info since they already open for booking/ log quota.

maybe want stupid ppl give them deposit first without knowing anything haha

well , without APDL they cannot do marketing yet , but normally i think general information they able to provide ?
(i meant like location, total unit, layout , etc)

p/s anyone that did go showroom or what possible to share information here?
e.g.
1) how many unit total (and level)
2) the total arces is all RUMAHWIP or will got BEBAS unit
3) parking can purchase extra ?

Also i found out this developer is same as last time Rica Residence on same plot of land (which later the project cancelled)

total 1604 units in land size 6.41 acres all is Rumawip, not private condo

Inside tat area got Kinrara Mas condo and the road for that whole area is single lane , sure jam like hell unless thy widen it .

TBH, if to compare, parklane is consider low density nowadays
You cannot just compare with unit.

Example parklane 4225 unit at 30.08 arce (140.45 unit / arce)
This project 1604 / 6.41 (info from previous ppl reply) = 250 unit / arce

Almost double the density, i think currently champion is M vertica

And currently parklane is renting for 1k per unit. You can ask how much the buyers there bought for. Definitely higher than 300k, no?

no, earlier phase buyer buyer around 260k or 270k only if i recall correctly (below 300k)

Not really. Lelong normally start with 10% below market value, but not all the time.
