I also not sure it is freehold or restricted freehold, from Spa I saw is just write freehold 🤔

my loan offer signed on 8th Apr and sent back to bank officer, then bank officer submitted to developer.
The approval on portal is different thing.

Yes, RHB offered 100% financing with 2.9%
But now it's 3.15.
