so TS is trying to be moral police? I'd say focus on the job and judge them by performance, if it is not worth it and terminate them.
Just focus on your own work within your scope, if they cannot perform, just a matter of time they will get pressure to quit or company will terminate them. By then their resume will leave a taint with short period in your company.

TS Hr ka ?? Need see company policy. normally hr do background check one. call reference and email ex company hr to check details like last pay salary and etc.

1) how reliable/accurate is your friend? are the employment terms the same, permanent vs contract, benefits, etc? 2) most importantly, this company is rubbish. HR too dumb to know what's the market rate and offer appropriately, but at the same time, too kiasu that they cant find the correct skilled ppl for the job.

Call them out with evidence, like a good HR would.

bruh, of course lying about their pay slips is wrong, so since you already suspect and have negative perception of them, just move on and find other candidates. why are you still stuck on them. are you going to take action against them even though you're not even going to hire them? go find other candidates you trust and is within your budget and just. move. on.

Yes, I asked this question because I wanted to know what is the best way to screen anyone and everyone moving forward. No one likes dealing with anyone who fakes pay slips just to get a job.
