Try not to consume rice after 6pm...

I think what jones want from us is a good CUTTING from a BIG body size.....
anyway, it's all depend on what you want.... if you want a smaller body with cutting.. then got to follow BMI then do weight lifting.. but if you want a bigger size body with cutting, probably you can start doing weight lifting with your current BMI... it should help to get a good body outlook....
as I said, it's all depend on what your wish to have....else, if you want only slim down, then you got to follow the BMI lo...

hahaha...
If you are an health concern ppl....better follow the transditional way....slow and safe... Yes... every fat burner should give you certain effect else it will be useless... therefore, follow transditional way then... slow and sturdy.

but if you want fast result.... then.....like ppl always said... no pain no gain..... or no pain no lost..

First , combine with weight training and more cardio of course. My style I did was 1 class of bodypump and 1 day of workout per week . Rest day only got 1 day , else just cardio 1 hour .

Diet normal lah , no more junk food of whatever shit food.
I used this method and loss around 23kg. Now I facing platues , I stalled for my weight edi 2months , so I change to serious on weight training , like what Jones said , now I wanna look good when I'm naked . Before that have to lose the fats off lah cos too ugly edi , now only left stuborn fat to lose. Hard , thats why weight training is the best method for now . I will clean bulk for 1year and then only cut down my remaining fats with stimulants such as Lipo6 and lipo6x.

Anyway, I feel that my body is doing recomp , which my newbie gains havent finish . My bodyfat is decreasing anyway , love handles become smaller , tummy shrinking ...and my quads , back muscles starting to response. Thats good , first cut down to certain level until u stalled , later only go for a bulk ...but remember , EAT CLEAN.

I would say half cardio. The squat music track has about 120 repetition in about 4-5 minutes. sounds mad? Your heart rate will definitely increases and sweat a lot as doing cardio.

BMI isn't exactly the most accurate measure of weight balance. Not very accurate at all, if you're a strength athlete.

IF your general goal is towards health and not towards physical aesthetics development, then gearing towards eating right and moderate exercise would be sufficient. Sports would be a great way to get your health and heartbeat running good.`

BMI is a fine measurement if you're just starting out, doesn't really have a lot of muscles and need a distinctive measurement somewhat to measure your progress.

Ronnie Coleman is a champion in his league. It's fine if you dont like the sport but no nid to call him ugly rite.

measure progress by strength and body fat % better la at least. our weight goes up and down by 0.5-1.5kg every day depending on how much we eat how much we drink and how much we exercise on the particular hour before we weigh ourself.

Yeah, i never believed in calipers.
Taking the measurement while sucking in ur tummy and normal would give u different results.

Doki, ur goal has always seems like to lose weight only.
If that's the case, take care of your diet, do lotsa lotsa cardio and mix in a bit of weight training.
Sorry about my earlier suggestions, i'm not gonna force people to bodybuild if it's not their goal.
Generally do more cardio and some weights is good enough. But losing weight is 70% on diet (things u eat) and 30% exercise. If after losing weight then only u decide to take up bodybuilding, it's never too late.

cheers.
