Probably, cut down rice in the night will help to reduce more... get something lighter.... probably fruit? or only Vegs...
Try not to consume rice after 6pm...

I think what jones want from us is a good CUTTING from a BIG body size.....
anyway, it's all depend on what you want.... if you want a smaller body with cutting.. then got to follow BMI then do weight lifting.. but if you want a bigger size body with cutting, probably you can start doing weight lifting with your current BMI... it should help to get a good body outlook....
as I said, it's all depend on what your wish to have....else, if you want only slim down, then you got to follow the BMI lo...

ic.... small and with cutting...then.... Start PUMP it! with alot of exercises and with proper diet! Have you ever thought of using fat burner... a correct fat burner will help during the time you do exercise ... and burn more fat!.... that for sure...
but it will cost you some $$$$$$$

hahaha...
If you are an health concern ppl....better follow the transditional way....slow and safe... Yes... every fat burner should give you certain effect else it will be useless... therefore, follow transditional way then... slow and sturdy.

but if you want fast result.... then.....like ppl always said... no pain no gain..... or no pain no lost..
