2. 1 piece of fruit..

Tea time :
1. 2 x Gardenia wholegrain with jam/cheese 4pm
2. 1 x Nescafe with less sugar + coffemix

Dinner :
1. home cook dinner ..with less rice more vege - 8pm

maybe you need to change economy rice to other which cook using less oil...
economy rice is the most oily one,
after i consume, weight gain effectively doh.gif

most of the eco rice near my house, they cooked using so many oil...
all the meal they prepare looks very shining.
now i ask for "dai chao" like "gu lou york" rice or other rice...
cook for single plate, less oil... sweat.gif
