Hello guys, is the sim validity for each topup will always fixed at 60 days regardless of the topup amount ? E.g. Topup RM30, still gets 60 days validity which is same as topup RM5 ? TQ.

Topup 1sen = 60 days SIM Validity...

Topup RM5 = 60 days SIM Validity...

Topup RM1,000,000 = 60 days SIM Validity...

In any cases, you may end up to walk-in to nearest service centre to activate the SIM card as the "Hotlink Daftar" app is super duper lousy and will make ur blood pressure go up to the moon.... LOL...

confused.gif for my case, I didn't activate using the hotlink daftar app at all

after my previous telco send sms saying thank you and port out is successful, then I just use the new hotlink sim and can call and stuff hmm.gif

MNP SIM card no need Hotlink Daftar app becoz both telcos have our myKad in their system...

The Hotlink Daftar Android app is only for brand NEW number which we purchase on the shelf...

I think the title of this thread should be renamed to officer name: Hotlink Internet 365
It is quite confusing to call it : *NEW* Hotlink 365
They are quite different things.

Just sharing the "fun" of MNP / porting into Hotlink Internet 365 from Digi Next 15:
1. on Hotlink website, initiated MNP

2. 3 days later SIM arrived via courier - good service, called ahead & stuff to ensure i'll be around

3. 4th day:
a. 10am+ received SMS from Digi on whether i wish to port out, and must reply "Y" to the SMS within 3-4 hours. Done

b. 5pm+ received SMS from Digi "Sorry your request was rejected. CUSTOMER NUMBERS ARE TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED - INVOLUNTARY. Please call 016-2211800 for help".
sigh.. called & was told nothing was wrong with my prepaid - still valid until mid Sep. I was instructed to call Maxis to try to port-in again

c. Called Maxis / Hotlink 1300820120. Ms Kavitha told me i need to WALK-IN to Maxis Centre to request to try port-in again.

good lord..
keep in mind - initiated via Internet & i've already a Hotlink SIM + my current Digi Prepaid no issue on payment & no contract + pandemic MCO in Selangor now & need to go to Maxis Centre.

both businesses' processes & control people should be shot in the head ranting.gif

Not the first time hearing mnp problem with digi. To avoid banana tree fruiting twice, do make report to skmm mcmc, your second mnp will be smooth

Pro tip: Mnp with your nearest dealer, so they will solve the problem for you, instead of doing online and everything must go center
