ya going to Sunway Pyramid tomorrow - if anything, i can run downstairs to Digi / upstairs to Maxis alternatively till solved or i port to UMobile

Updated 04/09/2021 - After coming back from Maxis Centre in Sunway Pyramid:
1. Met with a Mr Shah - he was shocked that the CS told me to go physically to a Maxis Centre to trigger a port-in again. Based on his feedback - not needed AND even so, CS should check with backend first

2. Apparently a whole bunch of Digi numbers cannot be ported over (system to system issue) until 10th Sep+/-. Ya smell BS right BUT he shared a write-up from the backend. oof..
3. Thus, fellow forumers MNP/porting into Maxis from Digi - take note the donkey issue for now until 10/9/2021 +/-
Hope the above sharing helps lessen others' pains.. drove all the way there just for this..
