I had this issue before when I port out from digi to umobile last time. Digi send sms to confirm, which I replied yes. But subsequently umobile port in was rejected, and I call them to verify. They say digi didn't process my port out correctly.

I remember last time when I port out from yoodo come back to digi, I miss their port out email twice. First time I request, they send next day, and email valid for I think, an hour only. When I open email, the port out email already expired. Second time I request, again 2 days later ka send. They expect me sit down all day wait email. Kena third time baru successful.
