Ummmm no. Thats not pantas. Thats the other hotlink prepaid, the unlimited. Pantas has been coexisting with the unlimited since 2-3 years already. Thats the refreshed new unlimited, nothing to do with pantas and both still served different needs.

new package , how about the main advance from pantas , is it still alive ?
1. the rm30 for 365day pack
2. the no waste data for 365days ? eq: rm10 for 5GB

lol, of coz that’s not pantas, because there is no more pantas. all previous simpacks be it pantas or unlimited are now wearing the new prepaid dress.

like before, even if u can get hold of older simpack, from now onwards, any new activation will activate into the new plan right?

After switch to new plan, try to see if the old pantas still available for us to switch back.

I think its already been that way since last year, new pantas simpack is very rare to find on the market. Almost always its the unlimited plan for new simcard. But can always burn rm5 to change plan in the app. Mine also the same, searched high and low last year walking into 7e, ustaz shop etc but pantas simpack nowhere to be seen. So i bought the unlimited and change in app to pantas.

yes, u can’t get older plan from the stores anymore, not even unlimited.

Ye if u bought the older unlimited now it'll be activated to the new unlimited. All telco does that, plan auto activated on whatever new plan is in system at the time of activation. They just bumped the stingy 50gb fup on old unlimited to rm40/80gb and rm50/100gb now.

That means any hotlink sim can change to pantas plan on app right? Charge RM2 to pantas/work frm home/streaming. Charge RM5 for new unlimited prepaid plan.

there is one thing seriously any hotlink user can try now rite?

which is that

1) if u are on unlimited plan (old one), see if u can switch to pantas (365 validity)
2) if u are on pantas (365 validity), see if u can switch to unlimited plan (old one)

if neither of these work, it means these two plans had become legacy.

[updated] I just tested on my friend’s hotlink app. He is on pantas plan (with 365 validity).

I press the button of switch plan, there is only the new hotlink plan to select. Not even the old unlimited plan is shown as the plan to switch to.

So in this case, it is proven that it is impossible to switch to pantas or unlimited plan now. No matter what is ur current plan.

I have the old unlimited plan (ECEM version), can switch to Pantas just fine

And yes, only the new version of unlimited is available after plan change

I had the same issue and although I did highlight to the CS, it seems they denied it is their system issue.

At the end, I walked to maxis centre to resolve the port-in.
