So my tunetalk jaringan prihatin plan just ended few days ago. Was good while it lasted, free 10gb every month for a year. Now looking for another low commitment internet plan. Is hotlink pantas a good choice for that? Only needed around 1gb per month so mnp to hotlink pantas, reload rm50, buy rm30 1year validity and rm20 10gb 1year internet?

Tried the online mnp thingy, scan id and face works but when choosing current telco, no tunetalk in the list, should i choose celcom instead? Edit: I've chosed celcom. Delivery is free anyway. The simkad maxis posted just arrived but theres no instructions whatsoever in the package, only a blank simcard and a receipt. When i mnp to unifi ealier they do provide some instructions pamphlet in the package. So i searched hotlink website if its there, nope still nothing. I end up bugging their cs at twitter. Smh hotlink

Finally got my hotlink pantas mnp sim activated today. Surprisingly volte is auto activated out of the box. I thought they're stingy like celcom when it comes to device compatibility. It works just fine on my cheapo xiaomi even when not listed in their device compatibility list. Only vowifi not activated yet. alpha liked this post

Lmao i just got 2 sms from maxis, around 5 minutes apart giving me tac i never requested. Not sure if someone really mistaken inputting my no or something else. Been waiting for the phone call with cliche story but it never arrive.

Am i the only one that have problem receiving tac from international service? Local bank, boost received just fine but if from international service its a hit and miss. Sometimes arrive late until timeout, sometimes never arrive. Tac from yandex never arrive at all, for days i cannot login email. Smh

Mnp to hotlink prepaid still need to visit maxis center or ordering sim online? Why can't these telco do like umobile, just visit kedai ustaz small shop near house, buy and register a new sim with new number, fill online form to include newly bought sim serial then wait till process done in few hours. Why need to waste petrol visiting center or waste time few days waiting new sim arrive. Come on la maxis, its near 2023 already. Made it easier to be your fuckin customer.

I just mnp to hotlink pantas. Volte and vowifi aren't activated by default so i contacted them via twitter. The cs there said my requests for activation of both will be done in 24hours. Hope can really enable vowifi when at home.
Edited: its enabled now after 5 minutes. That was fast. They should've enable this by default, why need to contact cs and shit? Umobile and digi enabled both by default on new sim. Now left vowifi not yet seeing the icon. This post has been edited by axxer: Jan 9 2023, 08:04 PM |

Anyone on hotlink pantas, subscribed to no wastage dataplan and on android can use the private dns setting? Mine seems to error always when its on, gotta turn that off before being able to use internet again. Does maxis only whitelist only the common port 80 and 443?
