if you compare, your screenshot and mine is different. Mine has Current Plan at the top, yours shows Best Selling
secondly, the get this plan button is greyed out if you already are on Pantas

since like a big change from telco market , unifi@bebas also missing in the info like pantas .

My bro - which is on the now old Hotlink prepaid unlimited rate plan, have 4 options to choose to switch. Pantas is still available as an option for him. Might switch his rate plan to new Hotlink prepaid when he renews his plan later.

Hotlink website have bug, my ID and phone NO. combination unable to switch. Different browser and mobile device also same.

tried with families, mostly can't while some mange to break through 🙈

1. Use brother ID with No.018 will work.
2. My ID with No.013 will work.
3. My ID with No.018 combination will fail forever.
Maxis system need to improve.....

it took multiple emails and call to HQ & twice walk in to center last month for 3 successful numbers 🙈🙊🙉
