guys, wanna ask if anyone here is using chromebook? is it worth the money if i just want to do some browsing/surfing/youtube/watch some shows and some google sheets/words? I don't want anything crazy processing power cause i already have my PC.

Can I assume that ThinkBook spec is much much better than IdeaPad and ThinkPad? Because the price is more cheaper and does not have dGPU.

1. Budget : 4K
2. Usage : Long periods analysing images at work.
3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) :
- display size 15.6 and above
- sharp, vibrant screen which does not cause fatigue would be great
- weight <2.5kg
- battery life - at least 5H observing high res static images
- can withstand occasional 3D rendering
- an above average keyboard

Current considerations:
HP Victus 0122ax but worried about the screen nits <300.
Dell G15
*am a student - student price is a possibility

im actually looking at thinkpad model E14 and E15, both have different storage type.

E14 - 512GB SSD M.2 2242 NVMe TLC
E15 - 512GB SSD M.2 2242 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe

E15 is using MLC ssd? do you have info on this?

u can check which ssd model you might get from this model in their support page

These models uses TLC from Western Digital/SanDisk. Model PC SN530.

Although depending on availability may get slightly different model.

Usage: Mainly on MS Office I guess?
