if snapdragon, i think of MS Surface laptop, but it 13 inch

Would like to get a new laptop for personal use. Main use of it is to design using PS, and using it for work purposes.

My workplace is using HP Victus 15, plan to get a personal one so not to mix with work laptop.
Any model or suggestion is open for it. Thanks

Has the price of laptop increased by a lot?
My 5 year old laptop is working fine, but read that prices going up next year.
I am looking for one with rtx gpu.

Hi all,

My (bought in 2021) Acer Aspire 5's monitor is having sporadic discoloration problems so looks like I'd need a new laptop.

Brand = don't know much, staying with Acer should be ok? Thought this current one could last longer. *sigh*
Budget = 3K or below
Intended use = Mostly viewing youtube and other kinds of videos + websurfing, some light word processing. No gaming.
Processor = Intel or AMD, doesn't matter.
RAM = preferably 16MB, with Win11 OS.
HDD size = normal 512GB SSD will do. I don't store much in the laptop.
