Hey guys, I'm trying to get one from EpiCentre, Pavilion. Do any of you know the contact number to that store?

I've tried Apple Malaysia's store directory which doesn't have EpiCentre in it (Maybe it's only a reseller). Also tried EpiCentre's website in Singapore with no luck.

Appreciate if somebody could help. Thank you.

Correction, you CAN buy tunes from iTunes, via the iTunes Gift card. There are options of buying the cards off the net, and the vendor will post you the codes to put and redeem in iTunes so that you can use them as credits to get your songs from there. It is just a matter of whether you respect and uphold the legality of the methods of which where you get your tunes from.

well,i dont own the touch,so totally no idea.but 1 thing for sure that re-arranging the entire music library and to ensure all are with album art is no easy task especially if you listen to lots of japanese songs...

hey guys, one quick question, the ipod touch.

how can i shuffle the entire playlists? yes i can see the shuffle things, but when i click on it, it not automatically shuffle the entire playlists, it keep on repeating the same song.

Tap on the album cover. An icon should come out stating song length, time left and a grey-ed out lap-track like icon. Tap on this icon, once to repeat all, tap again to repeat once. Once you tapped to get the "repeat all" icon, tap on "Shuffle".

hm..my ipod touch youtube program got problem..i can use it to surf websites in safari..but when i click youtube, they said something like "error connecting to youtube"

yeah, and my itunes software in ipod touch can't be connected as well

i wonder what's wrong..

btw my firmware is still 1.1

Check your router configuration, mine works fine, both on the modded iPhone and the virgin iPod Touch.

You need iTunes version 7.4 and above to connect the iPod Touch to iTunes. If you are using a version of iTunes downloaded from a non-reputable site, chances are , you get a modified iTunes, like the 7.3 version i got for my iPhone. Get it from Apple.com

Lastly, did you manage to connect for the first time to the iTunes? I imagine the answer to this question to be YES, since you managed to use Safari and Youtube on your Touch. If that is so, did the problem arise afterwards later? Did you change anything, or installed plugins or applications piggybacking on iTunes after you have activated your iPod Touch? If you did, uninstall these apps, and do a fresh install of iTunes and start again. This should clear the problems you have now and have your iPod Touch connected back again.

Apps that piggyback on the iTunes may include programs that fetches album arts, or third party plugins that modifies Mp3 metadatas like album/song infos on a particular song.

Sorry my bad. Btw, you guys got your protection case already? Don't worry about the front glass panel, as it's scratch proof. So far any problems with it? Anyone tried YouTube, does it streams flawlessly or it needs to buffer every few seconds? Thanks to our ISP.

Will be getting an 8G after Hari Raya.

Hey, anybody can help me...
I just bought my iPod Touch. For the earlier use everything goes fine. But after i sync with my Pc to transfer the songs, then there's some problem which i can't unlock it. If i press the power button then it will appear 'Slides To Unlock'. However i can't slides to unlock since it looks like freeze... I don't think that i have to restore it again and again everytime i face this. There must be something wrong with it...

Notice that the touch's youtube does not cache the video that you loaded. After watching for the first time and when you want to watch for the second time, youtube would reload again thru wifi. This is so different compare to watching youtube directly from your laptop/pc browser.

Thanks for the pavilion inforrmation. Got my ipod touch at MacStudio Lowyat after some peeps in EpiCentre decided to bluff me that the Ipod Touch stock never arrived. They were selling since Monday when I checked with my friends.

Anyway got mine yesterday but it was faulty, a portion of the touch screen was dead. Just got a new replacement. Both units are week 38. So check it out during purchase before leaving to ensure 100% enjoyment.

Everyone's keeping their plastic film on their iPod touch screens? Kinda scared to remove it until I get a proper screen protector.

For those who have removed it and don't use a casing either, how's the screen holding up?

Does it lag or just butter smooth? I don't mind reload/stream again if it does not lag or buffer alot.

Why did the staff did not want to sell it to you? How to check it's week 38, back of the box? Must get week 38 right and not 37?

so basically what are the things missing from older ipods that does not exist in the ipod touch ..? i heard most review sites saying hardware volume control.. is this the button controlling the volume or the volume limit we had back in the older ipods ?
