yes, 1st internet hop beside router local ip have around 100 ping.

strange that this issues disappear itself since last times Oct 31 2022.

not sure if this issues was related, but remember saw the unifi contractor fixing it half way while come out at the house, but they are fixing it at unifi dp box at another pole nearby instead of the unifi dp box my unifi was directly connected to.

unifi cable that go through under roof top was shielded with another outer cable when install it since outside the house right before enter the house but wasnt shielded right from dp box and extra payment was made to the unifi contractor installer.

strange that this high ping 1st internet hop issue was gone around midnight.

Need the extra speed cause I plan to move my remote homelab on Hetzner to my own home so(Partially at least, datacenter connection still gonna be more stable when compared to residential)

It can possible CGNAT issues, as I recall second hub is added by extra as CGNAT.

Extra info, the only issues for TM is if they don't have record on ur lagging, then they come and test, say no issues lol.
In past it did happen on ADSL DSLAM, the issues happen only around 5PM sunset, until MCMC come in and force them switch a new DSLAM in lol.

So u better hope it is just fiber issues, easy to find out on signal level etc.

Today 3.3 lazada, and video lagging for aliyun MY, no issues on SG tata lol.

Edit: then SG also overload because some shifted there lol.

You can run easyfix on mobile data, it will still test on ur login account on their side, then you can open report on the account record, then TM can take a look on the latency recorded on the report.

Nah, almost all the mobile data coverage at my place is garbage, can't really rely on any of them except fibre connection

Anyways, except lazada live is laggy like a random ghost in night, and bilibili lack budget in video(get throttling heavy, but wifi cut to force switch server then fine) so far so good?
As I tested using lazada and taobao, if lag, lazada will slow down on loading the product image.

there isnt any 1st internet hop high ping issue today, so cant run easyfix today, it only happen for 2 days recently yesterday and the day before yesterday, and once for a few hours at single day during oct 31 2022. all at the same time period around 8pm to before midnight.

and there isnt any 1st internet hop high ping issue at saturday night

so far there isnt any 1st internet hop high ping issue at sunday night

could be related to flood, but there is zero downtime only 2 days night time 1st internet hop high ping.

Another day another TM issue

Nice name for ur router.
Based on third hop is fine respond to ping, so I guess this is overload of CGNAT.

Xiaomi AX1800 OpenWrt based router, technically I can modify it with some bypass to the LuCI GUI but didn't bother cuz I'm planning to run OPNSense/Mikrotik stuff soon since I want more granularity control over my network

Still having to put up with this bullshit that started Q4 last year. Connections aggressively capped round the clock. Anyone else having this problem or had it resolved?

Can't wait for my Unifi contract to end. I only wish I could "best effort" my bills like they do with their non-existent service.
