put on a cadence sensor and check what's your average cadence first. perhaps you're not pedalling fast enough.

personally i average at 75rpm at flat cruising and that's my balanced effort, anything more i would tire out very quickly.

but apparently to many other cyclists, that is just relaxing makan angin rpm and told me i should get at least 90rpm constantly if i wish to get higher avg speed

Cadence sensor sounds expensive.

finish testing out this bike

user posted image

for my expirience testing it out for 10km with climbing, flat and rolling what could i said was this bike is awesome. it does what the best chromoly frame can offer. stiff, comfort and light. shorter chainstay and slope tube giving all rounder bike. i do google info about this bike and suprisingly it was handmade with the lightest and greatest chromoly material ever.

and guess what, without any carbon parts this bike can get 9.8kg! downside is, the price are high and only for hardcore enthuasiast

Completely noob question as I am very new to modern day bikes. May I know what sort of bicycle tool kit can I use to tighten my seat post screw?

Attached Image

Also, what sort of cycling app do you guys usually use to track distance and routes covered? I am just starting out, using Strava (seems to be the most recommended and famous app around) free version. Any other recommendation? sweat.gif laugh.gif

And... my litepro crankset seems to be giving out some weird noise when I pedal. Any idea what might be the cause? My bike is a fnhon blast

Thank you

It's just like a speedometer on cars. Little gadget that displays your riding speed, distance, time etc

It's just like Strava, except it's much more accurate. If you want to get even more detailed numbers on performance such as how fast you're pedaling & your power output, you'll have to install some physical sensors on your pedal & hub.

One of the reasons not to use your phone is to spare its battery for emergency purpose. Installing your phone on the handlebar can also invite snatch thieves.

Alternatively, you can also use your smartwatch if it comes with the ability to track your run / ride.

I might be wrong but I think you can get QR saddle clamp online to replace your existing saddle clamp.

Strava is undoubtedly the most used tracking app these days. There are others like Relive, Ride with GPS, Komoot, etc but honestly it gets tedious if you install too many since they're more or less the same.
