wanna ask u all if i wan to try oc my com which type of ram, will u recommend me to buy? i thought of buying hyperX 1GB kit or the crucial ballistix 1GB kit. if there is any ram out there dat is suitable for my mobo to oc pls tell me wanna join the party of oc'ing 478 socket

Trust me, u go and test with ffdshow's h264 decoder and report back to me and see which 1 is better, you will never use it again for this kinda video
The advantage is lower CPU usage but the end results we still dunno. As pengster tested with PureVideo, his 2.7Ghz still 100% usage.

This video is full 1080p h264 and the settings and bitrate are high (High profile), that is why you need a very fast single core or a dual core to play it back smoothly at 23.976fps real time.

you can use FRAPS to measure your FPS in game.and i'd suggest you to go for the Crucial Ballistix.what graphic card are you using?

If OC do affect the SATA then is a bad news. Anyone can clarify coz im running RAID, if data corrupt then i will be doom.

Yea.. My kingston was using TCCC ram chip on it. Haha.. Well.. Those 4 stick ram of mine can consider as gem in old sch rigs. Both TCCC and D43 can goes beyond 250mhz thou. Just pity they were in unknown condition now. By then, i not really sure about TCCC will get heat up with at high speed thou. Cs  i always got a fan blowing the ram.
