I agree but not totally. Even there is a delay on NB,NB to mem and mem to NB will do affect the performance too.Diffrent timing on the mem will gives faster or slower response to nb. While nb site we can adjust some timing too by using tweak865/875 . biggrin.gif Higher CPU speed thus will be better is because of the compensate of the delay in both nb and mem.

Ya,was it the last time post with the 3D mark 03 with 10k+ one ? biggrin.gif I posted before my old hdd kong.My GC is feel like not so good even though it's a Gecube. sad.gif Overclocking like not really stable one.Regarding take part,i prefer to watch movie. Later i plan to pump in more juice on the vAGP after i finish install all softwares and test play games with my 9550.If there is any update sure i will post here.Don't worry. tongue.gif

I solute you because you have the high end AGP card.Me just using 9550 only. sad.gif 16pl card with 6 vertax shader.So nice...You mobo ..why can't use SATA when o/c ? I've a same mobo with you but i'm using PATA.

what bios ver are you using now?? last time i use 1009 non beta. quite stable. currently using the latest beta. so far no problem.

what is your max oc with that 3.2C?? brows.gif gather information for all p4p800x user. so far raymond oced the best, from 2.6->3.3GHz stable no sweat, the best ocerclocker for p4p800x. hohoho........

kabukiawie,you are looking for me ?laugh.gif That P4P800-X is bad for my RAM because i can't use DDR400 on default as my RAM is just DDR333 only.Anyway i'm using 5:4 divider on it.Currently i'm running on 3.1GHz + only for daily operation,hehe.

The laatest bios that they have is just the version 1009 only.I think must be something wrong already. Inside the bios mode you can select for manual overclocking>?

THe ideal case is running on 1:1 divider as the CPU and memory get the maximum performance. 5:4 divider would be the second choice if you can't stable at 1:1 as the CPU will perform faster even the memory is slightly slower.In this case memory bandwidth will be lower a bit.

I see the SATA HDD don't have any issues o/c on the Asus P4P800-X mobo.Like that busta's case is a bit weired already.

Oh there is something to do with the NCQ problem. THe 865P can't support NCQ query hence it crashes.Like that don't get the Seagate SATA with NCQ hdd i think will do,else just get another SATA Controller Card from Promis.

S478 is still strong to be survive in year 2008. Hehe,@shinjite,your previous proc 2.4B can o/c till 3.24GHz that was not bad at all. How was the performance compare to your current proc?Significant or not ?

I think the 3.4EE is very very hard to get even thought you want to buy it.I think the proc can fetch around RM500. sweat.gif

@fylon, then should be the RAM access to the files are slow.High latency in the reading of HDD ? Between, i think the HDD buffer size will do effect on it right even it's just reading.
