U guyz think my PC spec can run this smoothly??

P4 2.4GHz 533FSB
512MB DDR
Ati 9800SE

Err.. smooth as what? biggrin.gif It's unstable.. That's what my opinion. Best is you using processor that is SSE3 (PD, C2D, etc) support. Well you can try. You better go #osx86 and find prasys. He does help alot.. Or you can find me.. I also willing to help ya. First for the start, dl 10.4.8 with SSE2 (P4 is SSE2 processor) patch iso at torrent. wink.gif

i tried installing osx86 (jas 10.4.6) natively on my hardisk. i wanted to boot only to osx so i wipe my whole hd clean. when i boot the jas iso, it gave me the installation menu and all the others. i noticed one thing, in one window(i cant remember which), it detect my iso disk as 10.4.4 and not 10.4.6. i wonder whether i wrongly downloaded the iso.

i formatted the hd to hfs+ partition and went to install osx86. the installation went smooth but when it restart after the installation process, it did not recognized the boot sector.

i went on installing ubuntu for its grub without wiping the osx partition but again, after restart, it did not detect the boot sector. did i made mistakes when installing? can anyone help?

Performance much faster in 10.4.9 compare to 10.4.8 because of updated opengl in 10.4.9 rclxms.gif

I wanna using Mac OS & XP simultaneously.

Main reason to try this due to hate tos spywares attacks my PC too often. Lazy to format & install everything in my workstation.

I plan to using Mac OS to surfing. Then, will switch back to XP to use some softwares which dun haf Mac-supported.

My PC spec:
AMD Anthlon 64, 3000+
RAM :1.5GB
video card: ATI Radeon X550-256mb

you can do dual-boot. install mac os x and XP in different partitions. hence you can boot into any XP normally as in PC. or choose OS X to boot into OS X.

It works , there are some problems with the SSE2 Emulation with it. You need to install it manually , no jas' installer whatsoever

If you want some files , just pm me or meet me @ IRC , and I can arrange it for you

P.S - Not warez , just the kernel and some help + some cool stuff for your hack !

Does it mean that some applications will not launch or unexpectedly close? I can remember I installed 10.4.1 without SSE2 patch and it's a horrible mess.
