once you pay up, that's when your stress test starts. at first ready stock ada, later will tell you got 1000 pending orders so you slow slow wait la. apa upgrade pun boleh, in the end send you stock laptop after you wait for 1-3 months

Sorry it was 2 weeks after i received my laptop, unfortunately my SSD fried, after 2 months my GC/mobo or whatever it is rosak.

till then problem not solved.

I was told that my driver was not download properly, which they instructed me.

if i am the laptop owner, i will just ask tribunal help me take back all my money spend on the it ,ask the shop take back the faulty unit , how many times need to send in to warranty oh, never ending story

im not expert but i used MSI gaming laptop b4 i bought Illegear last time
the MSI laptop still going strong other than outdated GPU meanwhile my Illegear mati n repaired d lol
customer service is ok, the service centre last time was at lowyat top floor not sure still same or not
