if i am the laptop owner, i will just ask tribunal help me take back all my money spend on the it ,ask the shop take back the faulty unit , how many times need to send in to warranty oh, never ending story

Bangla fault , not Dell Problem, many buyer out there bought refurbish or AP set from third party, end up Dell MY being scapegoat

At least Dell brave enough to face the review, unlike some one, deleted the bad comment
