Is xiaomi in general, or only mi and xiaomi 11 series have bad antenna/signal reception, or I've got a lemon xiaomi 11t? Just bought a nokia dumbphone with 4g capability, my xiaomi only managed to get 0-1 bar 4g signal at most around 118 dbm, half the time sos only but on the nokia dumbphone the same sim at the same place managed to get stable 3 bar, never drop to 1 bar or sos only. Cant really test dbm on the nokia since its just a dumbphone.

Thinking to try other brand after this if xiaomi antenna is this bad.

After update miui 14, I long press the power button no more off phone and restart.

It shows Google assistant.

Where to set this setting?

Setting > gesture shortcut > launch google assistant > off

This miui 14 for mi11 not same like the other latest model such as the widget?

A lot of features they showcase is for China ROM, anywhere else we don't have it unfortunately. Xiaomi always gives the best to China, which is why when they have keynote to introduce new version of MiUi it's always in chinese. Maybe they'll add it in the future in MiUi 14.5?

Xiaomi Malaysia tried to scam me today
They tried to replace my faulty Mi 11 with 11T which is downgrade although they were trying to tell me that it's an upgrade

11T is always the budget version of their flagship models. Diorang ingat aku ni standard consumer?
That's it. I'm definitely staying away from Xiaomi in the future

They should change to 11T Pro kot..

The only differences between 11T & 11T Pro is the processor
The rest of the hardware is exactly the same as the 11T
It's still a huge downgrade

If Xiaomi is a good brand, they should follow other brand's footsteps which is the 3 option below:
1. Replace with the same unit or
2. Upgrade to a newer flagship model or
3. Refund the amount I paid for the phone

Whenever the letter T is behind the model number, it's definitely a downgrade no matter if it's a newer model

Finally! After submitting a report to KPDN, Xiaomi Malaysia have agreed to give me a refund

I'm never going back to Xiaomi if they continue treating their customers like this

Then I received the refund today 10 April 2023
They kept their promise of giving me the refund within 7 working days

Interested to know if you spoke to the outlet manager or anyone from Xiaomi Msia and what their response were? They did not have a Mi 11 to pass to you, hence, offered you the 11T instead? Surely, they should have offered the Mi 12/13 instead

Glad u received it, more and more company here, only entertain after get KPDNKK in the loop. Now baju raya refund cz not able to provide also only gipe 80% but revert back to 100% after KPDNKK action

From the bank acc, looks like a local distributor. Not official xiaomi.
