Miui was known to buggy but this is first I heard app disappearing itself. Perhaps u can try to do a reset if the problem persist. I never heard Android device got hacked and caused someone to delete your app.

If you gonna change device, then can consider ditch it. Beside buggy I don't like the fact that they don't have proximity sensor. Not sure you encounter it or not b4, the device quite often light on by itself and didn't light off when it's suppose to....

Setting > gesture shortcut > launch google assistant > off

If authorized SC not willing to repair then I doubt you can get it repair outside. Even if you found third party repairer that willing to repair, they also need to order part and have to wait.

It's just too much of hassle and not worth it. Just get a new phone and this round better get from local official set. CN set are cheap but support are very poor or non existent in general.
