just visiting from Mi 10T forum coz i got a Mi 10T Pro and it just suddenly died on me. like you, still got battery and was browsing IG... then just off and cannot on back.

also sent to SC this morning. sad news for me... they said if really MB issue, will need 1-2 weeks coz no stocks. this is the amcorp SC... crap. just realised how we rely on smartphones these days.

i guess now we know why they give 2 years. so, i'm just lucky the phone still under warranty.

but super upset is my data.

same, i usually copy out. just lately, tied up and didn't do the copy out. painful thing... it does not give hint or anything that it is dying. just suddenly OFF

curious... for those using Xiaomi 11T Pro, what accessories are you using, like any TG, or any preferred case?

previously, i was using Nilkin TG and Xundd case. but dun quite like Xundd coz when it placed the phone on the back, it would still wobble/ rock due to the camera module.

i actually managed to uninstall this. interesting. coz can't uninstall it on the Poco F3 -- no option.

but in the Xiaomi 11T Pro, from apps, looked for Wallpaper Carousal (I think need to click display system apps), found it and clicked uninstall.

figured since i'm doing this on the Xiaomi 11T Pro, thought to just share here as well. Started this for the Mi 10T Pro and then edited for Poco F3.

for those interested in removing the ads/ recommendations from the Xiaomi 11T Pro, and also improving the privacy settings.

if you guys come across anything else, let me know and i can update this. i find it good to maintain such optimization tips...

anyone else having this issue..

* sometimes pressing on notification does not open up the apps
* some notification seems to wake the screen, even though disabled always on display..

it does not work properly on chrome. where u using it to screenshot something on chrome?

known issue. you have you use other browsers like DuckDuckGo.

not sure if it's Chrome issue or Xiaomi. but known that screenshot dun work on Chrome,

ScreenShot works... just Scrolling Screen Shot does not. can always report it as a bug.

for me, i just use DuckDuckGo when i need to do scrolling screenshot coz I know it's not worked for me in quite a while.

anyway, seems it's a Chrome thing after all:

i think it could be an OS thing. recall reading many complains about this after an android update. i thought other brands also had same issue..? coz i know previously, my Honor phone also had same issue after an Android/ Chrome update.

same, same. got mine as replacement for the Mi 10T Pro.

i had the same first impression when i was using it for the first week or so. but it gets better after a while. at first, game for an hour on my Arena of Valor and the battery seems to just drain a lot (like 25+%). now, it's more reasonable.

but it's good to just tune or remove some stuff. i shared some things to disable (like ads), etc... just check about 2-3 pages back.

anyone noticed when you screenshot, the screenshot seems to appear darker? like got one layer on thing over it..?

noticed it recently but intermittent. sometimes screenshot looks ok, but other times.. it looks darker. like white background become light grey..

hmm... no one else complained or anything? it can be quite annoying... especially when darker screenshot ends up removing some details you wanted to share..

i never had any good thing to say about MIUI.

they were buggy so long time ago and still buggy now. it's like as though a totally new team takes over each time there is a new version. and they dun use any notes from previous team and just start fresh. all bugs that got fixed, etc... gets unfixed in new version. and it repeats itself.

same. sometimes happen for me. sometimes don't.

since you said it's dark mode, I suspect might be the second option. will try disabling that..

i won't say it's that bad, but MIUI just isn't that intuitive. just need to get used to it's quirks..
