Haha i like the new name. So, still need to go thru that pain in the ass bottleneck road for this conNaughty project if i wan to go to jalan cheras?

From ConNaughty site to Jln Ceras, no need detour.
Just follow the way to Ceras Sentre building and exit to Jln Ceras at the side of the building.

Not sure in future if Sunrice blocks it/fences up or not (so resi cannot access).

If one observes SUKA's construction progress at Ala Damai, it is still half baked. Not all concrete are fully joined as of last week. Not sure how SUKA can help ConNaughty sales

Risen psf was around rm560? if Connaughty priced below 600psf, isn't Connaughty clearly better?
Maybe better choice if we use MRT, if drive then Risen is better

I think conNaughty price should be 600++ psf ba.., calculated based on the advertised price and the forecasted price posted by our friends in this forum.

Not accurate, the 1.3k units only for current 2 blocks of phase 1 only, i believe still got phase 2 yet to announce.
