Went to showroom last weekends. The 450sqft studio price starting 290k fully furnished. Final pricing and packages for all unit types yet to be finalized.

Only studio fully furnished. Other unit types are not fully furnished. But as the salesperson said packages are not finalised yet, so lets see...

Not accurate, the 1.3k units only for current 2 blocks of phase 1 only, i believe still got phase 2 yet to announce.
