Hi,

any tips and advice about looking for a life insurance ?
will the one using health checkups give me a better rate if i'm healthy ?
Should i favor international & stable companies, such as Axa, Zurich & stuff ?
How do Malaysian life insurances prices compare to US ones, where you can get 2M RM coverage for ~100 RM a month ?
Anyone offering an international plan or at least a list of allowed countries, like USA, Australia, Europe, including Malaysia ?

Thanks ! It seems like most of the links provided by google are by life insurances or life insurances dealers, it's like asking Lucky Strike if smoking is bad for health or not doh.gif

In the past people would just say get 5x - 10x of your annual income for life insurance.

But then again, everyone's life is different as well as their affordability, it's best for the advisor to understand your background and then propose you a suitable plan that fits you.

No such thing, the insurance companies will have a standard rate for healthy people, unless you're willing to go through extra mile i.e eating right, exercising. You may get extra discounts and benefit than other regular healthy people.

it's down to personal preference, but all insurance companies in Malaysia are stable thus far.

How is it comparable when the coverage in US is subsidized by their government?

Yes, there is.

If the questions asked for tips about smoking n how to select them, then lucky strike is one of the place to seek info for they knows.
But if the questions seek to ask if smoking is bad, then lucky strike is most probably not the place to seek for answer.
Right question need right place for answers

But Lucky Strike is likely to twist information (hence not tell the complete truth) so you choose their brand over another.
On a forum like Lowyat, you might find truthful people who already largely researched the subject and can guide you with a few sentences.

As from my experience, you only can discharge using 1 medical card now. Either one of the card.

All the unpaid fees need to do reimbursement from ur 2nd card.

However, you unable to get a define answer here as we are not the claim department sweat.gif .

Call in to ur insurer claim department to get the real answer.

Hi guys, is there any fixed premium for standalone Critical Illness plan? I read that premium for standalone CI plans are usually not guaranteed unless it is tied with Life Insurance hmm.gif
