I wait my kepsi ciken deliver more than 5 hours , ended up eat maggie, call line bz, FB message went to bot and next day checked , they charged me twice somemore on my CC refund took more than 1 month... |

This happened to me with one of my grab orders - ordered 7.10-7.15pm or so with another restaurant. Later it was cancelled around 7.30++, the restaurant called and said they had to cancel cause when they got the order, it was already after their cutoff time. |
