problem is when u open those food delivery app. most of the restaurants closed at 7 sharp. so some ppl no choice but make order on those restaurants that still taking orders.
hence order avalanche happened

Dunno why so many ppl order burgerlab when their burger is just so-so only. Nothing really special.

I also kena yesterday.

Opened grab food and it said last order 7.30pm so I fast fast ordered since it was around 7.15pm already.

Waited and waited grab cancelled my order around 8pm saying no rider. Sigh.

Not acceptable, they should implement last call procedure. If they want close at 8pm, last call 7 pm or 7.30 pm.

If the last call is 8, them they need to risk working after 8pm.

Ma ci Bai, you close, people waiting for food no need eat for the night lor? If cannot do, you tell earlier 7pm, people can still find other alternative or order from anyone else that can still cook.

You go cancel people order after 8, or close to 8. You not giving opportunities to other people to find alternative. Restaurant like this will be on my blacklist.

Yes I read and? It's the restaurant fault. Cannot prepared food for 100 people want go and accept food for 100 people. Cannot block? Accept the order, you deliver it even if you need to cook behind closed doors after 8 pm.

Government order to close business at 8. But no order for closing kitchen at 8 or need worker to go back home sharp at 8.

As for delivery guy, they can show the apps what time order come in before or after 8.

Restaurant clearly at fault, no matter backlog or not. My order kena cancelled, I suck it up and eat maggi at home because its my own fault for not ordering earlier.
