Their statement said still have orders coming in past 7.30pm la. They caused their own problem.

MCO 1.0 I've seen certain Mcd closed at 6.30pm (Grab's cutoff at 7pm). Drove over and saw some crazy long line there.

Kinda obvious MBL didn't impose a cut-off when they were swamped with orders.

Read again. The orders were made before 7:30pm but was backlogged at their delivery partner side so MBL were delayed from receiving some orders until after 7:30pm.

yeah why 8 and not 9 or 10? since can't dine in anyway does it matter?

don't understand the stupid directive to close everything by 8pm. Can just close the dining & customer takeaway, but can still leave the delivery option open.

Sigh. Delivery partner backlog orders (that has probably been cooked), but they continue cooking past 7.30pm instead of cancel those orders?

If really delivery partners order backlog until MBL cannot see it in system, then I agree with their apology.

Unsure about Panda but Grab's cutoff is 7.20pm. How did orders go through past 7.30pm?

Grab cut off time 7.20. At start of mco 2 it was 7pm. The platform adjust here and there but the mgmt team of Burger lab not keeping up it seems. End of day blame it on mkn because they last minute come up with sop for mco2 even though they had been talking about it for weeks.

And i recall someone in/k actually asked me what preparations restaurants need to do that requires them to have the SOP from mkn in advance.
