But we given no job cause they prepare change blood aka cheap labor la.

Intern is supposed to do it together with a full time staff and be the full time staff helper, but many staff will take the opportunity to bully intern and pass their work to intern. They think intern is stupid. Inexperienced certainly but not stupid.
Of course la people cabut after first day. They will think that salary not share with him, and ask him to do things that the boss asked full time staff to do. Don't need genius to figure it out.
If say good bye before leaving, boss ask why? What you want the intern to tell to the boss? That the company staff bully him? And break other people rice bowl? Or tell the boss he's incompetence cannot work so it goes into his report to his University? Leaving without saying anything sometimes is for the best especially if no one will notice. No need deal with backstabbing nonsense.
Actually fixing wrecked train is good challenge in company. Of course , assign intern job that you know you can fix from your end and let them know as well don't need to be afraid to do any mistakes as shit can be fixed and they got you as back up.
Company looking for cheap labor is not wrong, we looking for higher paying job also not wrong. Free world.
Company don't need any single staff to survive, kuli also can survive without that company.
