Go shopee search for Panaphone Corded Telephone. But don't expect good quality for the price you're paying. Good one like panasonic cordless is quite expensive.

how do you upgrade to get that price? I thought now 500mbps already RM199 for SWU and 800mbps should be more.

the price was during previously turbo upgrade promotion.

Even panasonic cordless also not really good, its my second unit already and always having problem with the battery not retaining charge long enough to last even a day. The handset itself sometimes not charging when place on the stand.

That is one reason why I always prefer corded over cordless phone. Cheap, easy to maintain without worrying about battery problem etc. But now not using landline anymore.

Really hard to imagine still using landline when mobile plans got unlimited even for budget spend.

It is not uncommon to use landline. Unifi still offer 600min calls for free in their plan so why not? Just that I have switch to other provider which do not have landline anymore

None. The only "data" you can use to approximate is the number of competing ISPs available to people in your housing area/estate and if there are already a lot of people switching away from Unifi at that moment. TM only gives out offers when they feel their market share is threatened (that's why all their offers usually involve signing a new contract). Few years ago when I was upgraded from 300 to 500, it was because Maxis Fibre just started having coverage in my area.

I am using one since Nov 2015 and till now it is still working. Just that the battery got expanded all of sudden back in Feb 21 and I just replaced the battery and it's working fine till today. I bought that time around RM150+ which is the lowest series from Panasonic .. The one which I got from Unifi during the installation which was Motorola branded only lasted 2 1/2 years 🙂
