Mind asking why insist on using an US-East server when they're many options such as US-West servers located in California and Oregon?

Oracle has servers in San Jose and Arizona, why not chose those servers?

It's more strategic for SEA countries to connect across the Pacific than to cross the other "way" around the world via Europe than via the Atlantic ocean.

actually you also can use official douyin. then use another 3rd party program to remove watermark video

That's why I'm curious, from Malaysia it's logical only to choose either West US cities or Continental Europe as transit locations for VPN servers to get you elsewhere.

For Europe, Belgium, Austria, Switerland and Frankfurt Germany are the best central locations to reach other parts of the continent. It is not practical to choose Sweden, Norway or even UK which is at the far West of the continent.

Actually if you really have patience to play around with tm and mcmc.
The problem will be fix and smooth for longer time.
Because few days ago,i search for the similar problem that happens last year about high latency spikes and packet loss to OVH Singapore.
That guy that keep report every 2-3 days to tm and mcmc, finally get contact with tm higher level person and the problem become smaller. (but need patience bcs need few months time to waste with them)

But of course the problem came back again every night at 9.30-10.30pm for about 5-20min every night.
But I am satisfied for only have short time problem... Better than 2 years ago that time the happens time is very randomly and more serious than now.
This is the OVH smokeping to TM IP by OVH SG DC.


And also u can also report to Amazon Web Services. I don't have service on aws,so cant report..haha
The reason why i suggest to report AWS, is because they are the server provider, they can contact TM to solve the problem easily than us.
They can contact the traffic IX to reduce the problem.

Too many service that hosted on AWS is using US East location,so this is really a big big problem.

Because last year i trying route to Xiaomi XiaoAi Server by VPN and found out hosted on Kingsoft Cloud in CN.

Ok so just now TM technician came my house. I ask him why come my house since its routing issue not even is equipment problem. And guess what he tell me , TM system only remark Internet Down for them and they think whole Internet is down for us. 
And he also tell me in my area im not the first encountered this problem  , already got 2 people report to TM and he went to their house to check with remark "Internet Down"
Then he mention he cannot proceed anything but just refer to Network Dept follow up
