The adjustability of the Leap v2 is great, but takes a little while to dial in the perfect setting - but once you find it, you forget all about the chair, which is exactly what we want.  The frameless seat and backrest are extremely comfortable, and the armrest adjustability many times better than my Aeron.  In my work I have to adjust the armrests often, so the Steelcase style is great for me.  I also like moving my legs around once in a while, so the flexible seat pan and frameless design are a plus.  I thought the seatpan cushion looked thin in photos, but in person it's not hard at all, and very dense, so your butt will never hurt.  The fabric is good, though I have to admit I always use it in an air-cond room, so I don't know how it responds to sweaty conditions.  It came with an add-on headrest, not the same material as the rest of the chair, but ok enough for leaning back.  I suppose you could buy a better aftermarket headrest, but it's not a big deal to me.

I still love my Aeron because of the nice floaty hammock feel and zero hotspot pressure points on the legs, but this Leap V2 is right up there with it.  I'm 180cm and 90kg, but the chair doesn't feel small or weak at all.  In fact it's bigger than it looks in photos.  I shared the two for RM5.2k promo with someone, so 2.6k is a bargain for a chair of this quality.  Casters are first class too.

Zenpro distributes Steelcase, and their showroom is in Menara Prima in PJ.  For those looking for HM chairs in KL, Trax in Bangsar is the official distributor, but prices are high.  If you have the budget for it, go for it, but personally with the way the Steelcase performs, that Leap or Gesture deserve a look regardless of budget.  Presented with the choice of two leap v2 chairs for RM5200, or one Aeron remastered for RM7200, it would be an easy decision for me. :-)

Currently sitting on one as well, can confirm everything said above. However, headrest was not that comfortable for me coz I found that it got in the way of my head when sitting normally (for reference I'm about 180+ cm and about 60+ kg). Luckily, I was able to remove it and it felt a lot better (at least for me). The adjustable lumbar which slides up and down was also a bit too much for me so I removed that as well which also made it feel a lot better.

I will admit when I first got the chair, I wasn't that impressed but after making the necessary adjustments (removing, adjusting etc) it def felt like a whole diff chair.

I will add that if u are like me (no 24/7 aircon + sweat easily) you don't have to worry provided you use a fan and go shirtless at home. My previous chair was a Ikea Markus and I would say the seat foam produces just slightly more heat than the Markus while the back was just moderately hotter than the Markus back (considering the Leap has a foam back while the Markus has a mesh-ish back) so it isnt that bad. I usually go shirtless and put the shirt on my chair so my body doesnt come in contact with the chair/back foam which actually helps in reducing the heat build up a bit.
