For casual gamer, can opt for lg oled. Once u go oled, u never go back.

For hardcore gamer, find samsung qled or sony x90h

The common 1080p TV can support?

ps5 give us 2.1 hdmi cable, but its a normal hdmi 2.0 if you plug to normal tv/monitor that dont support 2.1
i wont worry about 8k/2.1 hdmi support now....because its need take 2-3 years for the real support from tv/playstation...
most game is lock at 60 fps now.i think dmc 5 can got to 120 fps.

Shouldn't it be...the other way round? Why is the LG OLED being the inferior one here?

Watch DF review on DMC 5. Both PS5 and Series X has 120Hz support.

I think DMC 5 just up to 120fps.

Now barely can make 4k native 60fps with ray tracing. I would be just happy with 1440p60fps without ray tracing or 1080p/60fps with ray tracing.

I own a C7 Oled, no burn ins. It's been 2 years now. Going strong. I dare say it is the best TV I ever owned. Had a Sony and Samsung TVs before. They are both inferior to the C7 Oled Series.

Correct, but theres no guarantee of burn in to never happen.

Bought b9 at klcc bwst denki around rm5.5k, 1st question i ask salesperson was burn in covered under warranty or not lol

Look at pic below, no tv can show pure black except oled.

When u go roaming for tv to buy, ask seller to open youtube and go to channel bsd gaming, can test picture quality with hdr

What's there to show off ? We are just looking for the best picture quality within our affordability .

If they wanna brag , maybe someone should show us that BTS 178" Samsung Quantum Dots OLED .
Or the LG Rollable OLED if you are that bangsar guy who imported it for over half a million ringgit .

That model would fall into the category of tv with more but not better pixels .
