Did anyone get a call from senheng?

I was with my cousin when they called him, said that they have just been notified by sony that stocks are very limited, so most customers will only get their units by end of january to early Feb? Wtf? And somemore cannot get a refund at this point.

I think my cousin placed the order at 12.05 am? Not sure, but it was most definitely at that time when everyone was purchasing the console just around after midnight.

If they are unable to fulfill the orders by the promised date, I don't understand why they wouldn't issue us a refund?

Who knows maybe we can get the console somewhere else much earlier

just checked with him, placed the order around 12.05 am, confirmation email came in around 12.08 am.

Just called up senq and spoke to the manager.

Their ps5 allocation for the first batch is very limited and allocation will only be increased slightly for the second batch.

Most of the orders will be pushed to the second batch which will be end of Jan to mid feb. Some orders might even be cancelled and refunded as their allocation for second batch is also very limited. As of now they are not able to promise any delivery dates.

Yup affected, I got it from senq while my cousin got his from senheng's website.

Both also affected, delivery date unknown. The guy told us that up to 70% of orders will be pushed to second batch with some getting cancelled as well.

They contacted my cousin first. So I got worried and called them up myself the next day and gave them my order number (probably shouldn't have done that).

And well, they confirmed that the order is still valid (for the time being) and in second batch - delivery date unknown but tentatively end of Jan until mid Feb.

Had quite a long chat with the manager, he was nice about it but he did tell me that some orders will have to be cancelled and refunded as they aren't able to fulfill all orders.

Guys do PS4 arcade sticks/peripherals (not the controllers) work on the PS5?
