I did whatsapp them for the first problem and current one.
Always a 2-3 days after they response... The current problem, the service whatsapp asked me to contact other person... But I'm super busy right now... just got promoted and meeting almost daily... so no time to watch tv... no time to complain to them.. poor me... |

Just 1 call required, they will arrange all the background process with manufacturer. The next call i received is to confirm when the technician can come.Always a 2-3 days after they response... Just now they responded... lets see how they do it this time.
They want me to reflash the firmware with the same one they provided me last time.. |

Entering December 2021, still no stable Android TV 11 for C716 model.
TCL broke promise again same like last year. |

Apek technician came yesterday to swap main board of my c716 tv... problem same... not solved... he communicated with TCL service... TCL service asked to come later to swap power board pulak...
I don't think it has to do with power board... got some 5 years experience working in Samsung factory in Seremban... I think the LCD unit got problem... Apek think the same... |

so the apek technician came today morning and change the power board… so far looks ok..hopefully problem solved
