QUOTE(Mavik @ Oct 15 2020, 11:41 AM) no, stuck with esim and I completely forgot that I had an esim until I read this thread since last year around November. No issues faced at all. What about if you lost your phone, or the phone is being repaired. Are you able to quickly provision a physical SIM quickly at the kiosk? If the phone is wiped or reset, do I need to go to the carrier and provision an eSIM again? Appreciate your clarification. QUOTE(cyberic @ Oct 15 2020, 01:07 PM) 5G mmWave is only supported on US models. This post has been edited by blacktubi: Oct 15 2020, 01:15 PM |

Are you able to quickly provision a physical SIM quickly at the kiosk? esim doubts...If the phone is wiped or reset, do I need to go to the carrier and provision an eSIM again? Appreciate your clarification. 5G mmWave is only supported on US models. when you wipe/reset iPhone, it will ask you whether want to remove esim profile i tried remove esim profile when reset, after that I use back the same qr code is okay, but what I did not test is when changing phone been using Xs with maxis esim and til 11 pro, Maxis told me cannot reuse when I got my 11 pro at maxis center, so i use the new qr code maxis provided for new 11 pro last year I do believe qr code can reuse, but i unsure whether is carrier lock it or not I have few travel esim profile which i attached to my iPhone Xs, when I got my 11 pro, only maxis esim I scan the new one, the other two travel esim profile I use my 11 pro rescan no issue, and can be use oversea last year. So, esim still have some doubts like, when phone spoilt, send for warranty etc.... how to use it on spare phone, in the case even your spare phone have to support esim best is local sim card using physical sim... QUOTE(attw @ Oct 15 2020, 09:56 AM) Hahaha, buy your own I think the demand now is leaning towards mid range or budget phones. Top tier phones with their ridiculous pricing are putting many consumers off. Many consumers are more budget conscious now, knowing that there is basically nothing that the mid tier phones can't do against the top of the crop models. Most is only the bells and whistles that many can live without. That is where Xiaomi is doing really well with it's Mi10 series. Actually, there seems to be a desire for smaller, flat screen flagships these days, considering the S10e was quite popular last year. Maybe Apple will have a winner in the 12 Mini. I upgrade every year unnecessarily too so no judgement there QUOTE(boonhan @ Oct 15 2020, 10:31 AM) Just 10 Mah difference only from the 11 Pro Max. You wont notice the difference.QUOTE(soitsuagain @ Oct 15 2020, 09:32 AM) I think is 30/10 no? I am not sure about ready stocks bro because Pro Max will only be available next month even for the US. Yes.. Pro Max will only be available from November onwards. No rush bro. I dont think there will be any shortage of supplies this round just like the last round of 11 Pro Max. Chill. I will prefer to use eSIM as the main SIM as it's easier to get a physical travel SIM when travelling overseas. Now I need to find out is it possible to get a physical SIM from the Maxis ATM kiosk in the rare situation where I need one once I switched to eSIM. |

The original charging brick and earphones from Apple cost RM99 each (RRP) so it's about another RM200, which still makes the quantum of price increase for the iPhone the lowest this year.https://www.soyacincau.com/2020/10/14/apple...official-price/ Oh, and there are no jerks here, bro.
