Even Unifi 100mbps and below are on private IP now. So your option is to either upgrade to higher plan, or change to Maxis Fibre / Celcom Fibre and request public IP.

Unifi immediately call, maintain same price RM129 plan for 300mbps

i think think, ill stick to Unifi because i know Unifi 300mbps is Public Ip than CGNAT, and less hassle of swapping hardware/login id etc etc

For me, I'll stick with UniFi even if their price is slightly higher because of Public IP

Will only swap ISP if Time Fiber comes to my place
Other ISP all private IP which is a definite no-no for me

DIGI 100MBPS User here on my working office (actually was DIGI fiber for business)
Used getting 1 year, so far so good, experience once due my office outside INFRA box been "attacked" by monkey, called DIGI and they informed UNIFI to fix within 2hours.
UNIFI didn't give a fk for apologize about their service down, but DIGI they called me apologize for inconvenience caused, DIGI rebate RM10 for that month bill for apologies.

Nice DIGI, but I know was not their fault, just the monkey "attacked".

Actually, UNIFI already crazy to given Unifi existing customer which contract was ended, want to port out maxis / digi / allo / time,
UNIFI confirm will give special special special promotion package to keep their customer continue on UNIFI

Base on your experience, I faced before, they (unifi) know me want to transfer MAXIS FIBER 300MBPS with RM129/Months with rebate 6 months (24months contract), UNIFI they told me they special for me a package, RM119/Month 300mbps with 24months contract, but base on calculation, MAXIS still won, UNIFI they nothing to do....

I can get rebate of RM50x12, RM 20x12(2nd year), 3rd year resume.

total saving about RM 500++ la, but with Private IP, new setup hassle.

Private IP is one of the reasons I didn't consider Digi Fibre though I can get tonnes of rebates and whatnot. In the end, went for Maxis Fibre for my own house. RM 129 for 300Mbps (for 24 months), is not too bad, and requesting public IP is just a call away. I am having public IP now on Maxis.

I also considered Celcom Fibre but somehow Maxis offers me better rate.

Bro, can you get 100mbps on speedtest? I just upgraded to 100mbps from Digi Fibre 50mbps. Previously I can get constant 50mbps but after the upgrade, I notice the TM hard cap that cause me to get max 99.3mbps. Upgraded because I need the upload speed.

Also for existing Digi users using the Zyxel EX-3300 router, there is a new firmware that can allow you to seperate 2.4ghz and 5ghz Wifi. The technician updated my router yesterday morning when he came to verify the upgrade speed. Would be good if someone can get hold of the firmware and share it here.

For my working company, DG also gave Zyxel EX-3300, 2.4G & 5.0G are combined which is ok for me, firmware are latest.

Speed test result here: ( tested on 06/04/2022 9.55AM) my working place was industrial area, always having high load usage, but for this performance, nothing to complain.

Just sharing my experience. Applied with Digi for the broadband. After communicated with them on Whatsapp, they initiated the transfer and requested me to go TM point to complete the transfer. While I was still hessitating to do the transfer or not as Unifi been stable, suddenly received a call from Unifi and they offered me RM129 for 300Mbps under stay with Digi Program.

I suggest you configure your old Unifi router to try out. Set the proper username and pw, as well as VLAN 629. If still DC always, it could also be due to your fibre reading too high, and this need to call Digi to ask them to liaise with TM to fix. How is your speed for 300mbps?
