I wish digi would support my area soon. Just got a 4k TV and all I need is just a small speed bump. I don't need 100mbps but a 20mbps jump should be enough.
Digi Fibre 50Mbps RM90/m. seems like on TM infra, read #1

I don't know Digi noob or Maxis playing games with me.
Digi called saying no port but I told them I'm using Maxis fibre and can use my current port. Digi then ask me go Maxis center do transfer request to get port id. When I go Maxis center, they told me Digi should do transfer request letter and hand to Maxis to continue from there. Any unifi installer can enlighten me how to change provider? QUOTE(ljchiun @ Oct 23 2020, 05:26 PM) I would suggest you to apply at DiGi Store or Express, you will get your Transfer ID on the spot. Provide the Transfer ID to your existing ISP, inform them you are transferring (NOT TERMINATING, assuming both are riding on TM fibre). Then continue following up on the transfer status. Got mine done in 10 days. I see...Actually I did walk in yesterday and the CS said if sign with them then they will follow up. However since I sign online, then need to refer to official digi store. Thanks for sharing though... appreciate it. |

QUOTE(akhito @ Oct 31 2020, 08:15 AM) I applied through the website this wednesday haven receive the call until now. Maybe cuz thurday is public holiday. I think I will wait until Monday to call them . Bro,Dont apply through website if you are transferring from another isp. Vomit blood. Digi damn noob. I applied on 14th, call me 10days later telling me to go maxis get transfer id. Manatau go maxis and they said I should get transfer id from digi to pass to maxis to facilitate transfer. Then I called digi back, after 3days received reply application rejected, and ask me to walk in to apply again. Digi is really stupid, and cant train their staff properly. |

QUOTE(pikacu @ Oct 31 2020, 12:45 PM) Application cancelled. Digi call centre is noob, Digi express store said cant proceed since not registered with them, ask me go Digi Store... Maybe I will wait next year and see if there are any better plan. Saw someone in Unifi thread said Unifi got offer 50Mbps if upgrade from Streamyx. Will go there and ask if real. |

QUOTE(NIckLJF @ Feb 11 2022, 09:06 AM) Looks like Digi has extra promo now, additional RM20/month rebate for 12 months if you sign up 300mbps and above. RM80?That would make it RM80 per month if you are Digi Postpaid 90 and above user. Tempting Yesterday I went to Digi and the cheapest is RM100 if using Postpaid 90. If pair with Postpaid 60, then RM115. |

QUOTE(lukejey @ Mar 4 2022, 07:43 PM) Hey bro. Did you manage to get it installed? I think they're up to something funny with their angpow deal. Even if you sign up during the campaign period but because installation must be carried out before 31st March, even if it's their fault that the installation can't be done before that, you're still not entitle to get the angpow deal. lol. No response at all... how to install? Besides I need to get transfer id and pass to maxis to release port. Nvm... maybe will choose Celcom or Unifi.I register my interest on the 13th Feb thru fb with an agent without knowing the angpow deal. Got confirmation from fibre team that my area is in serviceable area, then went thru all the hassle to port few of my mobile phone numbers to digi postpaid to get RM100 - 300mbps deal. On 22nd scheduled installation for 25th Feb. After that I found out that there's ongoing angpow deal, so I went thru all the hassle again to cancel my initial sign up, since it's not eligible for angpow deal if sign up with agent. Made my new application online again 1 mins after they confirm they cancel my first sign up. Then they come back to me and say no port. Then I okay loh, maybe bad luck. But I don't really believe that, since my whole neighborhood is pretty low dense, so I went to check with unifi agent for available port. Apparently port for unit is not available, but got port for unit opposite of my house. My building only 13 floor, each floor 4 units. And opposite unit 4 steps away from mine. How come their unit got available port and mine don't? Can some sifu enlighten me if that's the way how ports work? Or is Digi probably up to something or their system still booked my port from my first sign up. Can I report this to MCMC? lol. |
