Check if have 30 days cooling period in contract.

You can subscribe to sip phone, you need separate device to connect. But if internet putus, no line.

Or can get a GSM DeskPhone. Relys on simcard.

I'm having an issue to update ios with Zyxel EX3300-T0 router.

apple blocked my update. The error I got as below

"This update requires a Wi-Fi network connection to download"

but if I enabled the guest wifi and connected to it, I'm able to update the ios.

anyone having the same problem?

no need to think more ...in malaysia TM is the wholesaler for the fiber network so everyone is banking on them for providing the services..

and we have had a good experience on disruptions too when TM is having the problem, everyone riding on them are impacted too.. Not sure why the idiotic government still want to pursue SWN for 5G to DNB

Wondering from those currently using DiGi Fibre, how's the service so far? Any service disruption, the rectification time taken when reported, etc.

Yes I am having the same issue. Stupid router problem, but when I configure my old Unifi router with Digi credential, I can update iOS. Thanks for the tips to enable guest wifi.

Which one you choose depends on your area infra. If you are using TM infra, then ethwan TM. If using Digi, ethwan Digi.

Not so straightforward. TM will prioritise their own Unifi first, then balance only give to other provider. I bet if you go subscribe unifi now, confirm ada port.

Need to wait for 3 months then Unifi will open the ports to other ISP I think, last time my neighbour waited for 3 months then he finally get Maxis fibre
After that, despite multiple times TM DC, his always connected

How do you solve it? Mind to share? Although I updated via macbook I just want to use own router maybe needs to buy router from pc shop.

Well there are 2 ways as mentioned. Turn on guest Wifi and use it to update, or change router.

I changed from unifi to digi fiber and I still keep the unifi router. Will tm ask me to return the router? Plus, I think the Digi router is lousy because I keep on receiving reconnecting while playing games. I wanted to change to unifi router that I still keep. Is it possible? Just plug and use? Or any setting that I should know?
