let me give you some insights about their service
Their dynamic ip is not dynamic, technically p2p won't work, because it is more of an internal assigned ip to a routing access which then you might share a single ip with multiple different home units. port forwarding doesn't work well

During first lauching if your aeea is new they do use dynamic ip range meaning you can really look up to your router and also google they match, not so after your new area has more home connecting to it.
*
You mean they implement some sort of transparent proxy behind their dynamic IPs and they announce bogons fake ranges of IP addresses?

What Are Bogon IP Addresses?
https://ipregistry.co/blog/bogons

M247(Pronounced as M TWENTY-Four 7) is one of the ISPs which uses them:

So there is no way to request public IP by calling them?

Both you mean for digi broadband package or TNB broadband package? I mean the dynamic ip part?

And how to find out Digi using TM or TNB backbone for broadband package offer in some area?

I wish digi would support my area soon. Just got a 4k TV and all I need is just a small speed bump. I don't need 100mbps but a 20mbps jump should be enough.

I believe they use both, plus TNB Allo.
My apartment only TM, Maxis and Celcom available (using TM infra).
However when I put my address on the Digi Fibre coverage check website, it is shown as available. However, maximum speed available to subscribe is just 800Mbps.. I guess the 1 Gbps package is available when using TIME and TNB infra

I don't know Digi noob or Maxis playing games with me.

Digi called saying no port but I told them I'm using Maxis fibre and can use my current port. Digi then ask me go Maxis center do transfer request to get port id. When I go Maxis center, they told me Digi should do transfer request letter and hand to Maxis to continue from there.

Any unifi installer can enlighten me how to change provider?

I would suggest you to apply at DiGi Store or Express, you will get your Transfer ID on the spot. Provide the Transfer ID to your existing ISP, inform them you are transferring (NOT TERMINATING, assuming both are riding on TM fibre). Then continue following up on the transfer status. Got mine done in 10 days.
