Hey guys. Anyone experienced receiving lesser than 100% cashback?

I didn't even receive cashback in my new statement. My transaction date was 12th, amount rm1k. Is it because posted date was 14th?
Ps: my statement come out 14th each month

I just call Customer Service, they say it will take up 180 days for investigation and he ask me to ignore the transaction and there will be finance charge and they say will waive for that.

Affin Bank is unlike other bank, other bank will deduct the transaction first.

Last time the CS asked me to pay first to avoid any interest charges then they refunded me the fraud amount after like 2-3 months.
