Support say system problem - transactions from 15th onwards are recorded twice. From Affin Online, the duplicate transactions are not posted. Need up to 5 working days to resolve. I think should not affect those with high credit limits. cybpsych liked this post

So just a bit of PSA here, in case anyone out there shares similar experience as I. I had a habit of checking my outstanding balance via affinalways every now and then since signing up for the card 2 years ago. To my surprise, the outstanding balance today did not tally with all my transactions. And the transaction history is not updated live. After jogging my memory for all those possible transactions that i had made with the card, the amount simply doesn't add up. Called up the customer service, was informed that they are having a system glitch and hence the dispute in the actual outstanding balance. This error will take about 3-5 working days to be self corrected. TLDR: outstanding balance doesn't tally with all my transaction, turns out to be a system glitch from Affin themselves; glitch will take 3-5 days to resolve. wongmunkeong liked this post
