Just called CS at 03-2028 6300 and asked about my application status (submitted on Monday) and it is approved! I am expecting IVR but CS answered the call.

Anyway, I asked about if possible to waive the SST, he said possible. Just need to call contact centre and submit my request. Subject to management approval

Based on statement date. Usually the statement date will be your approval date, according to my VS card experience.

All CC bill ends on statement date.
The better question to ask when is the 3% cashback rebate based on ? Answer = Statement Date (i.e. like PBB VS)

Anybody can share if there is Affin credit card booth at shopping mall within KL or any agent contact that can come over to my place to sign and fill up the form?

Yes, sent with snail mail. The sales banker said my card was sent out on 3rd Sep and only received in my mailbox on 9th Sep, no need signature just mailbox drop. The welcome mail dated 2nd Sep.

their concept store is at B1 floor, neary McD/Nando's/KFC .... also nearby the MRT entrance (FamilyMart)

just in case can I do a MBB style with this card and cancel one of them ?

or affin will give same SOP reply like MBB for those card after sept bla bla you knowingly sign so cannot bla bla

by policies, cannot cancel. also, do keep it longer so that the hardworking affin staffs can get commission la.

since year 1 only get charged RM25 SST for Duo, still acceptable.


by system, not known if it's hard-bundled or soft-bundled (like PBB Quantum) laugh.gif

I once submitted to branch on 2/9 but no news. Then get officer contact from a forumer and direct submit to him. Around 3-4 days got the approval.

I thought it was already shared, first year need to pay 1xRM 25 for two cards, so discount 50%.
